Shawn has been doing repair on machines for 40+ years. He works on knitting machines and accessories (Brother, Knitking, Studio, Silver Reed, and Taitexma. He also works on sewing/embroidery/quilting machines. He is an Elite Brother Technician. Your machines are in excellent hands when they come here to be repaired.

Amanda has been here for 20+ years. She started as a sales representative and now she is also the machine instructor. She teaches a person how to operate their machines: sewing, embroidery, sergers, coverstitch, sublimation printer, Scan N Cut cutting machine, PrintModa fabric printer, knitting machines, ribbers, and all of the machines accessories.
